I confirmed a reservation Tuesday. Went to pick up the rental on Wednesday, and after waiting an hour to talk to anyone was told they might have a car in a day or two. Ridiculous!!

Rented a vehicle after hail storm in June. Upon arrival, the vehicle I reserved was damaged by hail and got a 2 year old worn van. I was assured it had no damage and took pics of the vehicle....
