In spite of interest shown at resolving this, I did as this gentleman instructed and have never heard back. They appear to have more interest in how they look than actually resolving problems....

My rental wasn't ready at the reserved time. The backup rental wasn't ready on time either. The employee working the desk was pleasant but the manager is clearly incompetent. won't be using them again
