Went to pick up a rental and it smelled absolutely horrible. The inside and outside were both filthy. Stains all over the seats. Do they not even clean them between rentals anymore? Management...

Good service! We were taken care of as soon as we walked in. They explained everything in detail and even gave us rides to and back from our hotel. Very nice people and great customer service!
