Particularly the Spring branch by the Lexus Dealer. Customer service is very poor. In this day and age you cannot make a deposit in their ancient ATM. I'm moving my money elsewhere.

There was always an issue when I would come to pay my car note was a member. Ghetto customer service is a compliment compared to what I've experienced.
