Just tried to eat here. Stood at the door for a long time. Never got seated or acknowledged. Employee saw us and ignored us then went back to showing someone something on her phone.

Those were truly the best ribs ever. Jolie was our waitress. She was amazing and kind from the moment we entered the restaurant. Ice cold reasonably priced big beer in am icey mug... Top quality...

First time trying Ellis County BBQ and it was amazing! There were so many choices but decided to order appetizers only. Where to begin...the sampler platter had the best Twinkie's and ribs that...

We had pork bbq ribs and brisket w/onion straws & pinto beans - all was delicious. We arrived around 5:15 p.m. on a Saturday. If we go again, it will be for lunch during the week, not a weekend....
