History

Ellie Ashley was born and raised in Cyprus, where her father was the chef to the British Commissioner of the island. Her earliest memories are of watching him prepare wonderful food for English teas, dinners and cocktail parties (if you want to hear a great story, ask her about the time her father had to make crab salad- from one huge live crab!)
