We provide evidence-based therapy services to all ages. Our growing team of therapists offer person centered and unique services to our clients including treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, and eating disorders among many more. Some of the therapies we provide are: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to name a few.
