Welcome to Ellie Mental Health - West Austin! Ellie is all about living authentically! Our vision is to create a space that everyone feels welcome and comfortable sharing their secrets. We provide evidence-based therapy services to children, adolescents, teens, college-aged individuals, and adults. Our growing team of therapists offer person centered and unique services to our clients including treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and loss, among many more. Some of the therapies we provide are: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to name a few.
