History

I have been working with children and adolescents as a mental health provider since 2014. I attended Seattle University for my Bachelor's degree in Psychology as well as my Master's degree in Nursing. I have worked in a variety of settings including crisis stabilization, community/school based, hospital, and outpatient mental health and substance use programs. I have a warm conversational style and a collaborative approach to providing effective treatment. I consider every aspect of my clients' life experiences with honesty, humor, and acceptance. I believe in looking beyond a checklist of symptoms, and instead addressing the issues that are most important to you. My job is to give you hope that things can get better and an actionable plan to get you there. I trust your self-knowledge and will work diligently to get to the heart of your concerns. I understand how difficult it can be to find a provider who listens and trusts your insight. Let's figure this out together.

Specialties

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents, and young adults, although I very much enjoy working with folks of all ages. I provide medication management with integrated psychotherapy. I am also trained to provide comprehensive and holistic gender identity assessments for children, adolescents and their families. I am currently accepting new patients.
