Terrible company. I chose them bc they were the cheapest. They were coming out weekly and sometimes the pool looked decent. Other times they'd write something down on a ticket about what they did...

You do NOT get what you pay for. You pay for premium supplies and they build the pool with less quality materials. They bill you for the expensive product and give you less quality. Nothing but...

Elite Pools installed my pool in January 2016. Today, only six years later, it has several cracks in it and sits empty awaiting thousands to tens of thousand of dollars in repairs.

I took elite pool to small claim court and judged ruled against elite pool. I been cheated my pay for over year. This is not how a business conducts business

Elite pools is not friendly and helpful. Will not use their service for our pool/hot tub needs. An overall disappointment.
