Dr. Parker is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery. Dr. Parker is founder of Skin Cancer Consultants, serves as director of the Dallas Surgi Center and as volunteer clinical faculty to the Department of Plastic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Parker endevours to serve others by promoting skin health through prevention, intervention, and rejuvenation--the three pillars of his practice.
