I live here. I don't think it's bad but when someone says renovated, I think that they mean new tile, carpet, appliances, etc. In no way is this place "renovated." I pay a whopping $785 for a one...

These reviews are true. There may be value in the pricing but that's where the benefits stop. All the walls are paper thin. Even the ceilings. I can hear the upstairs neighbor cell phone buzz....
