I just ordered the barbacoa, it had more fat than meat, certainly it was not 1/2 of a pound and when I asked for extra lime then packed one single lime slice

I had menudo but had no hominy, at all like not a single piece of hominy. The flavor was there but ehh. I also ordered two barbacoa tacos, pretty sure it was pork not cow tongue, cheek but pork....
