Worst one in McAllen. Poor service, As soon as person at window didn't hand me a receipt I knew it was down hill from there. Waited 20 minutes after that, line of cars behind me. People honking....

They didn't have rice and when I said I was going to call the corporate they magically said they can make some. It was 2 hours before closing time.
