Visiting Weslaco for the holidays and tried a favorite from my childhood El Pato! It was terrible. Ordered a quesadilla with cheese. Two hard flour tortillas with mozzarella cheese! Terrible....

Management (Christine) is very disrespectful to younger staff. Allows her cooks (Oralia &Joe V) to verbally abuse the front staff. Commits a federal violation, by not allowing staff breaks even...

The Mexican restaurant is consistently clean. The staff is very friendly and make good recommendations. They will make you fresh refried beans and flour tortillas. Good local flavors.

I took my plate back to El Pato since the rice was real salty and i called to ask for an exchange when the manager that was sweeping takes the old plate to the back instead of throwing it away...
