I have been going here for 9 months. The wait times are insane. You have an appointment at 9 and are lucky to be seen by noon. I live very remote and would drive 300 miles round trip to be seen....

This review is on the building, NOT the institute. This is probably the most progressive building in El Paso! I am not sure if it is LEED certified, but seeing this here is very cool....
