Run down and poorly maintained, yet expensive. Their model unit was empty, scuffed and smelled bad. They won't tell you before your show up, but the community fee and Internet are $300.

Everyone in the office is nice. Pool is awesome. Club house is great. I wish there were lights in the back by the dark park also their isn't a dog washing station.
