Baptist Memorials offers long-term nursing facility, skilled nursing unit, home health services, rehabilitation services, and a residential retirement community. The center s 256-bed nursing facility offers dietary counseling, medical social workers, physical, occupational and speech therapies and personal assistance services. Its retirement community features more than 80 two-and three-bedroom houses, 104 duplexes and 112 apartments, and suites in a five-storey, high-rise apartment building. Spread on more than 75-acres of space, the center is home to over 600 residents. Located in San Angelo, Texas, Baptist Memorials Sagecrest Center provides trained staff in dementia care, including validation, redirection, Alzheimer s resource center with printed materials, family support groups and educational videos and therapeutic interventions.
