I went on a tour of the newly renovated YMCA; it was fantastic! There are larger rooms, more equipment, and friendly, professional people to guide you through the facility.

This YMCA has everything you need. They have this awesome zumba class by Zuela (don't exactly know the spelling of her name) and she is freaking amazing! She used to be one of MC Hammer's back up...

Conveniently located for a full body workout. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They'll show you how to use the equipment and teach you proper form, just ask. Even if they're just walking...
