Even when they are packed, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is always hot and delicious. They will modify A recipe for allergy or preferences. Their fried pies are special.

Great menu and very fair prices. The atmosphere is Traditional Texas, and the staff treats guests like family. I highly recommend the Chicken Fried Steak sandwich!!!

We like to go to ETB because It is a casual sit-down place in quaint downtown Mineola with homestyle food that is very affordable. The homemade desserts are really good too!
