It provides physical, cognitive, behavioral and psychological therapy solutions. The organization offers case management, career assessment, planning eligibility determination, and job readiness and placement services. It maintains operations in the Virgin Islands, China, the Middle East, Haiti, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Germany. ResCare also provides vocational education and training and entrepreneurial skills development programs. It works in partnership with government agencies, private sector companies, nongovernment organizations and local communities. The organization conducts the Job Corps program, which is administered by the Department of Labor. It operates more than 20 Job Corps centers and enrolls over 7,500 students.
