Duyen-Anh Luu DO

Board-certified family physician Dr. Indira Reyes-Contin, a primary care provider who treats patients of all ages, is a native Spanish speaker. Dr. Reyes-Contin diagnoses and treats a wide variety of conditions, including acute illnesses and long-term chronic diseases. Her primary clinical interests are diabetes treatment, preventive care and patient education, which she considers a key factor in successful outcomes.

Dr. Nneka Nvene is board certified in family medicine and holds a certificate in basic life support. She sees patients aged 18 and older for annual wellness visits, chronic medical conditions, weight loss management and mental health conditions. Her clinical interests include diabetes management, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and weight loss.

Dr. Montalvo earned his medical degree at Cayetano Heredia University in Lima, Peru. He completed his internship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, and his residency at the University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Medical Center. He completed a Sleep Medicine fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach. Dr. Montalvo is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, American Thoracic Society, Peruvian Medical College and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. When he's not caring for patients, Dr. Montalvo enjoys running, biking and traveling with his wife and three kids.
