Ordered the Mudslide freeze. The associate was extremely nice and friendly especially on a hot day as such. The ambiance was a little crowded but expected.

Very vety slow service, waited 14 minutes in the chaotic drive thru. Iced Caramel Latte tasted very bitter and no caramel flavor. Terrible, don't waste your time at this location!!
