Barrel-Que is unique cooking process where the meat is cooked over the fire instead of beside it or offset. This process allows for drippings to flavor the smoke for a Amazing Taste! Barrel-Q is a delivery only eating establishment. You must pre-order at least a day in advance. We deliver on Thursday 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Friday, and Saturday, 11 am- 1:30 & 11am - 8 pm. Try our
