I love the Dunkin Donuts on Ft Hood st. The manager is amazing she is so kind and is down to earth and the employees are polite and helpful. They even remember my order and notice when I change...

Food great!!!!! But service is terrible, maybe because employees are all new. They were extremely slow, and had trouble dealing with a coupon!

Seriously, this place can not get it together... two different visits. PS, their hash browns tasted like someone pulled them from the back of the freezer for god knows how long
