History

The Dungeon was founded by a twenty year United States Army Veteran. He spent many years training the finest military troops in the world as a Drill Sargent and still continues to push people to become their best selves by embracing a healthier lifestyle.

The Dungeon Fitness Facility is a team of trainers who specialize in life changing fitness including extreme cardio, strength, and endurance training. We teach daily boot camps and military and police preparatory training.
