It's a chain. I was pleasantly surprised... Prices are actually decent for italian. Fast casual... order at a tablet, they call your number / name and you grab it at the front. Pour your own...

It's 11:20 in the morning and the restaurant is Not open yet, Friday may 30th , the doors are unlocked but if you want to place any order they said the kitchen is Not open yet even when is 20...

Excellent pasta without braking the bank! I got the short rib ragu with casarecce pasta. I will be back and keep trying new combinations.

I love the concept here - it reminds me of the lunch spots I used to go to in Manhattan for work where you get to make your own pasta by picking the noodle, sauce, and any additional toppings....
