History

Dream Bakery is a family owned bakery specializing in gluten free baked goods. In 2019 we relocated from our original location on Anderson Mill Rd to a larger location close by in Wells Branch. In 2021 we moved our baking operations to a centralized kitchen at PREP ATX and our retail operations into a shared space with Malone Specialty Coffee. A food trailer in South Austin is in the works. Our mission is to feed our community, body and soul - with a focus on those who follow a gluten free diet. Our baked goods are made in a dedicated gluten free kitchen so you know they are safe as well as delicious!

Gluten free baked goods made from scratch in a dedicated GF kitchen, plus custom cakes for every occasion. Located INSIDE Malone Specialy Coffee on Bratton Lane.
