DR L Brad Hays MD

In 1986, Dr. Baker graduated from medical school at the University of Iowa. She completed her residency in 1989 at Baylor College of Medicine where she studied Family Medicine.

Dr. Castillo graduated from Meharry Medical College in Nashville in 1981. He completed his residency at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, Michigan before completing a Master’s degree in Public Health and his residency in General Preventive Medicine at Loma Linda University in California.
