Through active listening and thoughtful questioning, I deliver high-quality care that utilizes the most recent advancements in psychiatry. I attend the psychiatric Congress each year to learn the most recent developments. I am especially interested in patients with substance use disorders, schizophrenic spectrum disorders, bipolar disorders, LGBTQ care, and PTSD- ages 10-100. I have 6 years' experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at University of Texas at Austin. For 5 years I worked at the busiest clinic at the Center for Healthcare Services and at a busy in-patient acute care facility.

The Last Resort is a 45, 60, or 90-day 12-step men's residential program offering detox through outpatient levels of care. Through equine therapy, multiple evidence-based modalities such as CBT, Mindfulness, REBT, EMDR, Psychodrama, and Equine Assisted Therapy, we give our clients the tools they need for long-term recovery.
