History
We started as a crawfish boiling trailer, serving delicious Louisiana boiled crawfish and shrimp, cooked just like we do back home. After crawfish season, we wanted to continue to bring the Southern Louisiana Cajun flavor with more foods since there was no place around West Texas to find that true authentic taste.

The gentlemen here know what they're doing. THIS is the best crawfish in Odessa/Midland. When you know better you'll eat better, and when you're ready to eat better, come here!

Crawfish was decent but almost mushy and had literally NO seasoning on it. Crawfish were super tiny, almost not worth messing with (threw half of them away). There was all kinds of grass and weeds...

Absolutely love this place! Being from east Texas with family from Louisiana I'm very familiar with authentic Cajun food and miss it daily. I've been very disappointed multiple times at places...
