No helium for balloons. No sign. Waited in line for 20 minutes to be told. They suggested they get well soon balloon that they had previously filled for my kid's birthday. Unreal. 0 stars if possible.

This location closes at 10, I walked to the door at 9:15 and the door was locked. There were 3 boys in there and they just stared at me and walked away.
