Yes, I am giving them 3 stars because the effort and "want to" is there. The people working there WANT to help, they WANT to work in a nice clean, uncluttered store but Corporate Guy's don't...

Get a good deal, but unfortunately this store is so cluttered and dirty you don't want to spend any amount of time in there. You want to go and get your stuff and leave before you have to touch...
