This spot is so cute and so underrated! The staff is so kind and patient! We went for dessert to try their Hong Kong style ice cream and I have to say that the bubble waffle cones are wayyyy...

5 Stars I never noticed this place before - as many times as I've come to this shopping center for playa bowls (off of the 151 Access Rd). Well my kids saw it and asked to go there instead...
