Diamond Fitness was formed from the idea that we CAN and WILL all become DIAMONDS in health and fitness. Just as a beautiful precision cut diamond first starts off as a black, unshapely crude piece of coal that thru heat (sweat) and pressure (motivation) is transformed into that sparkling jewel that we pay so much for... a diamond. Hence, we can also become chiseled and effulgent works of art through persistence and determination...BAMN! (By Any Means Necessary)

Diamond Fitness specializes in motivation and education as you transform from a coal into a DIAMOND. I primarily utilize Team Beachbody programs that offer privacy while working out and I highly recommend the use of Shakeology-a nutrient dense meal replacement drink that helps accelerate your progress. At ANY age I can help you reach your fitness/health goals.
