I've seen Dr Jih for many years and her nursing staff and she are lovely. She is kind patient and attentive. That said her front office staff is not particularly accommodating and downright rude....

They are just alright. Be prepared to hang out in the lobby for 45 minutes for an appointment EVERYTIME.... Their time is important but yours is clearly not. We had some very good experiences...
