Deepwater Junior High School

Built in 1964, Deepwater Junior High School is part of the Deer Park Independent School District. It is located in Pasadena, Texas, and has an enrollment of more than 650 students. It offers an extensive curriculum for students in grades six through eight. The school provides a wide range of academic courses, including English, language arts, science, social studies, and health and physical education. It also offers skills of living, foreign language, fine and theater arts, technical application, technology integration and industrial technology classes. The school has various organizations, including a choir, band, student council and a cheerleading squad. Deepwater Junior High School offers a variety of sports activities that include baseball, basketball, football, volleyball, soccer, softball, wrestling, golf, tennis, swimming and diving, cross country, and track and field.
