Darla's passion for baking began at the age of 14 when she learned to make Swedish tea ring in a Home Economics class. So with 50 years baking experience and a love of baking that has never waned, she decided to open a small bakery in Brackettville, TX, a small town in West Texas that she has called home for the last 20 years. Breakfast tacos (a local favorite), burgers, and lunch specials were added after repeated requests from customers.

We grabbed a couple of breakfast tacos here on our way to Del Rio. They were really good and a good size! The salsa had a great flavor too! I'd definitely stop here again!

This place has great homemade burgers and fries. It is vary inexpensive but you get so much more then what you pay for! If your looking for a good burger, this is the place to come in...
