Beautiful area to picnic and enjoy the quiet peace of nature. We went on a warm winter day. It was not crowded but appeared to have quite a few people on the trails...making it safe to go alone.

So many improvements are needed for this park. Trash blowing and never getting picked up. Trails are neglected and dog shit everywhere. There should be a charge for entry to the trails, bike...

This place is solid! It's cool how they have trails near the water and you can get some elevation gainz. Little far from Austin, but definitely worth it.
