Dairy Queen

This is for the Marbach Rd Dairy Queen. I realized I had never posted about here. First it's always busy...usually too busy to get in the drive through as cars hang into the road or snake around...

Horrible manager misty, rude and unhelpful. Apparently you can't get manager names over the phone. Never have I ever come across a restaurant that can't give managers names out. I didn't ask for...

I never heard anyone charge to have less ice put in a cup. Then ask for the Superman blizzard that's advertised and they don't sell that yet

The service was awful! The manger (big Mexican guy) was very rude! Went to purchase a coke. Paid $3 something for a 32oz. Asked if I could pour it in my cup and he stated he would have to charge...

Line was long, but service was pretty fast. Customer service wasn't the friendliest. The location is near a school, so it gets really packed with teenagers. My small blizzard did not have enough...
