Have been to this Dairy Queen several times in the last year. So far the service has been good and the ice cream even better. We have ordered blizzards, banana splits, cones and even iced coffee....

It was can get dirty when it's busy. Not cleaned often. Services was a little slow but not bad. The food was hot most of the time. The place was decently decorated.

I ate here a couple years ago and watched an employee chase off a rat/mouse with a broom. More recently Ive seen cleaner tables etc, but if you glance to the back you will see employees coughing...

We were in your Palacios location and My girlfriend wanted a cheesy dude and were told we don't have the Pattys so she got the cheese steak fingers, she told the clerk that she wanted extra gravy...

We ordered 2 of the special Sea Salt Toffee Fudge Blizzards in drive thru, neither had the Sea Salt or Fudge just toffee. Also one was full the other about 3/4 full. Very disappointed. We had not...
