So apparently this location has the lobby open only when they feel like it although the door states it should be open forcing patrons to wait in the ridiculously long drive through line. UNACCEPTABLE.

They do not have chocolate at this location. I waited in a 30 plus minute line to discover they don't serve one of the 2 most basic flavors of ice cream.

This Dairy Queen has struggled for quite a while with their whole operation. Like most fast-food restaurants now they are staffed with kids who are totally ill prepared for any responsibility....
