RUN! The only reason there is a star is because negative numbers were not available. Both copiers in my place of business are worked on weekly. Within an hour of the technician leaving it breaks...

this business customer support is horrific. avoid doing any kind of business with them if at possible. you can get a sales person but not any support after. they are horrible, horrible, horrible.
