Maria Windell and David Guerra III's business partnership was forged by the collective product of passion, like-mindedness, experience and friendship, which culminated to form El Paso's first and only Paul Mitchell Focus Salon, aptly named D & M Paul Mitchell Focus Salon. Boasting more than 20 years of hair, makeup, customer service and retail experience between them. Striving to continually demonstrate professionalism, dedication, and consistency in an environment that's been individually designed, D & M Salon pride themselves on their ability to make people feel happy and great about themselves. We are the first and only salon in El Paso with a new, cutting-edge, weightless blow-drying system and we have a very welcoming and friendly environment because we want our customers to feel they are part of the D&M family. We will always provide high-quality services and products. As a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon, all-new, top-of-the-line products will be available in our salon.
