The start-up firm with only a few employees sub-leased offices within one of the large law firms at 17th and California that had extra space because they had a new lease with unused space for anticipated growth. Hein & Associates eventually leased its own space in the building, grew consistently, and stayed there for more than 30 years until a recent move in 2011.
