This is not a kid friendly vision office. Or a vision center for a first time patient. Explain to staff this was my kids first eye visit. None of the staff explained or introduce who they where...

Do not recommend for children. I got glasses no issues and therefore brought our daughter who picked out two pairs of glasses. When picking them up, the tech melted the frame, trying to size it...
