Believe the low ratings, the staff might be nice but they are pretty incompetent. Every little question requires being put on hold for many many minutes at a time. I spent WAY too ling trying to...

Every time I call to leave a prescription for a patient I get a busy signal. It seems like no one works here. This is not the first time. But, honestly, this is the case for most CVS pharmacies.
