They need to hire another person in the pharmacy section or multiple people. They are slow and there are always people waiting 20-30 plus minutes. It is crazy.

More times than not they are not helpful. I can not tell you the number of times i have heard "our phones have been down so we dont have any prescriptions on you." Back to the Dr. to send again...
