people working doesnt know how to take passport pics, develop a film camera and their excuse is they didnt get trained to do it and its everyone thats working that does bot know how to do it.

So I called to get a refill and transfer from another CVS they said they had it in stock and it would be ready in an hour, so I said fine . So I go pick it up , and tell me why ..why isn't it...

I didn't know that, if you buy something from CVS and you end up not using it and try to return it at a different location, they won't let you, they'll tell you to take it to the original store!...
