I have tried calling the Dallas Service center about 10 times and cannot get a human to answer. I have left voicemails and no one returns a phone call.

You cannot get anyone to answer the damn phone at this place. And when someone does happen to answer you get transferred to a "call center" which gives you a huge runaround
